How It All Began…

Ten years ago my determination to create a satisfying gluten-free cookie using an alternative nut-free protein source led me to sunflower seed butter. After years of perfecting my recipes, we are able to offer these unique tasting, highly addictive cookies to you. Light, crispy and bursting with a familiar flavor, hand made in small batches.

When possible we source fresh all natural ingredients from local suppliers. However, some ingredients must travel a long distance like our Sunflower Seed Butter, which comes from the Midwest of the US but we feel really good about supporting US Farmers.

No additives, no preservatives and no gums – we prefer baking without them!
