Refund Policy

Early’s Edibles Cookies are made without gluten, gums, binders or additives, therefore they may break easily.  We package each shipment with care and consideration to avoid breakage, however, we cannot be responsible for what happens to the cookies after being received by the customer. We can tell you to save your crumbs! and that the broken pieces taste great on your favorite frozen treats!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at orders@earlysedibles.com and save your uneaten portion and packaging.  We will handle all the rest when we speak.  If your complaint is received 30 days after you have received your shipment, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your order.

We will do our best to respond to your email within 48 hours.

We ship via USPS. All orders received will be processed within three to five business days. Early’s Edibles is not responsible for packages left unattended, damaged, or stolen. Additionally, Early’s Edibles is not responsible for packages delayed or returned as undeliverable. Please provide us with the correct address for US Postal Service delivery. If we need to resend a package to you, we will contact you about any additional shipping charges.
Deliveries to higher temperatures are subject to ice pack weights. We will contact you beforehand.
